APM Welcomes their newest Lecturer

Ursula Ströh

Ursula will be lecturing public relations and culture - we are happy to welcome her to the APM Family

As a business consultant with IBM, Ursula has worked with clients such as Qantas and The Treasury Department on Change Communication and Stakeholder management. Other clients that she has coached, trained and consulted include Loan Services Australia, Grintek (South Africa), Rand Water Board (South Africa), Price Forbes, Alliance, Roche Pharmaceuticals, and the International Committee of the Red Cross. 

Ursula completed her PhD in 2004 on Change and Relationship management against the background of the chaos and complexity theories. She has an Honors degree in Advertising and her researched MA was completed in the field of conflict management in organizations. Ursula has lectured at several major universities in South Africa, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the USA. She is an adjunct faculty member teaching for the MBA and Masters programs at MGSM, UniSA, and UTS. She also teaches Public Relations for APM in Sydney and serves on the Advisory Board.
Ursula has won many international teaching and research awards; she has done extensive international training and consulting work in strategic change and communication management, and has published in popular and academic journals on these topics.
